With PLC Integration, each project has its own specific technical requirements and commercial requirements. Compatibility is a key component to consider due to whether or not plant communication is integrated using one big-name PLC platform versus another. As control system integrators, we prioritize providing plc programming solutions that fit to your system rather than forcing limitations on your system.

Other key factors that we consider are hardware based. Based on the environment, some control systems will need a hardened PLC, or one that will survive harsh conditions. Similarly, the scope of controls needs to be analyzed to consider the PLC lifecycle, memory limitations, budget, and future growth plans. As safety is our number one priority, we utilize best safety practices with plc programming in every control system. To accommodate this, when human lives or significant revenue are at stake, hardware safety functions are also important, such as PLC redundancy. With our unique experience, our goal is to provide custom automation controls that account for safety, serviceability, and ultimately your company’s future.
